You can submit a query by filling in the form above or writing to helpdesk@envforum.eu Once your query is received, our helpdesk Officer will register the question and coordinate the preparation of an answer in cooperation with the affiliated experts and in collaboration with the EC. When ready, it will be sent back to your registered email address if you have provided it, or answered in the FAQs section if you chose not to provide your email address.

Your query and the answer provided via email will be published on the website’s FAQs page (anonymously), unless you specifically ask us not to do so at the moment of the submission of your query.

The helpdesk is a service for professionals involved and/or interested in the EU enlargement process. The service is specifically tailored for users from Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo under UNSCR 1244, and Turkey.
