Funding Opportunities for environmental NGOs

There are several funding opportunities open for NGOs participation in the EU enlargement process. From 2009 onward the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), replaces PHARE, Turkey-pre accession, ISPA, SAPARD and CARRD, becoming the main programme in support of the ability of all stakeholders to participate in the process. IPA and some other funding opportunities are available to NGOs.
